Everything is peachy! I've got some extra peaches and I love red wine, so why not make red wine baked peaches? These peaches will be a delicious dessert on its own or with vanilla ice cream.


  • 3 peaches
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 1/2 tbs vanilla
  • Cinnamon
  • Brown sugar


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree
  2. Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Place the peaches face down in a baking dish
  3. Mix the wine, sugar, and vanilla together
  4. Pour the red wine mix into the baking dish with the peaches. The peaches should be about halfway submerged
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the peaches
  6. Optionally, sprinkle brown sugar on top of the peaches
