Everything is peachy! I've got some extra peaches and I love red wine, so why not make red wine baked peaches? These peaches will be a delicious dessert on its own or with vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients
- 3 peaches
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1/2 tbs vanilla
- Cinnamon
- Brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degree
- Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Place the peaches face down in a baking dish
- Mix the wine, sugar, and vanilla together
- Pour the red wine mix into the baking dish with the peaches. The peaches should be about halfway submerged
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the peaches
- Optionally, sprinkle brown sugar on top of the peaches
